Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Subscribe app provided by Digital Creations Windsor ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Subscribe allows you to connect your Gmail account to scan for recurring subscriptions, notify you about upcoming charges, and optionally cancel or manage services. The app also offers AI-based categorization and recommendations for subscription optimization.

2. Account & Access

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You may not use the app to send spam, exploit bugs, or break the law. We'll yeet your access if you do.

3. Payment & Upgrades

  • Premium features may require a paid subscription via Stripe.
  • All billing is handled by Stripe. You can view, cancel, or manage your subscription via your Stripe customer portal.
  • No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and AI logic are the intellectual property of Digital Creations Windsor. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app without written permission.

5. Disclaimers

  • This app is provided "as is" with no guarantees of accuracy, uptime, or savings.
  • We are not responsible for missed renewals, subscription fees, or bad life choices. You use this tool at your own risk.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or abuse the system.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Windsor, ON.
